Rental Cancellation Policy requires a full deposit, 100% of the stay total, to be taken at the time of booking. A full refund will be granted for cancellations outside of a 90-day window from the arrival date. For cancellations within the 90-day window, 50% of the deposit taken will be forfeited by guest.
Berkshire on the Ocean is a SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT - NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT.
A fee of $250.00 will be imposed if this policy is disregarded.
Only one vehicle is permitted per unit due to limited parking.
